Meg serves as the lead on strategic plans and practices as they pertain to marketing the programming, research and learning opportunities provided to Kansans through the University’s Land Grant Mission. As Marketing Officer for K-State Research and Extension, she works closely with agents across the state and creatives within the Communications Solutions team to implement strategies that allow more Kansans to engage and interact with Extension programming in formats that resonate.
Prior to joining the Communications Solutions team, Meg spent her career honing her marketing and communication proficiencies. She led a team of creatives as Marketing Manager for a large western retail company, served as an internal communications and marketing specialist for an agricultural marketing agency and acted as digital content manager for a startup equine television network.
