Janae McKinney is the strategic communications officer for the Agriculture Innovation Initiative at Kansas State University. She is the primary contact for communication and marketing related to College of Agriculture’s facilities infrastructure and innovation programs.

Prior to this role, she was the young farmers and ranchers and collegiate programs manager for Kansas Farm Bureau. McKinney has also held previous internships with Driscoll’s, Case IH and the Kansas 4-H Foundation.
