Hayden's role is dedicated to supporting the multiple units within the Department of Communications and Agricultural Education, including University Printing and Kansas State Research and Extension. Hayden analyzes data to determine project feasibility while managing funds sourced from grants, fees, and other funding avenues.

Hayden's previous roles include Branch Manager at Community First National Bank, Mortgage Loan Originator, and Assistant Branch Manager at Capitol Federal.

B.S. in Business Management, Grand Canyon University
